Foundation Profile

The Elite Companies Charitable Foundation will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for families in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Currently, the Foundation is focusing on helping families in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The Foundation is planning to work with and support organizations that provide temporary housing for homeless women and children, as well as another organization that builds homes and rebuilds neighborhoods for families who otherwise would not be able to afford a home on their own, and lastly, an organization that provides medical and dental care for low income families.

The Elite Companies Charitable Foundation was founded by Russell Naylor, President and Founder of the Elite Companies. His daughter, Elizabeth ("Liz") Naylor is the Executive Director of the Foundation and has an undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts and a Masters Degree in Education. Liz has spent time as a reading mentor, a youth leader and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity which has provided her with opportunity to see up close, the economic, social, physical and mental challenges that many in our society face every day. This insight has given her a true appreciation for the positive impact that an organization such as the Elite Companies Charitable Foundation can have in the community.

The Elite Companies started in 1985 with Elite Brokerage Services, Inc. and are family owned and operated. The headquarters are located in Exton, Pennsylvania. The Elite Companies Charitable Foundation was founded by Russell Naylor and became operational in September of 2004.
